Perform end-to-end manual Quality Assurance (QA) testing for mobile networks, telecom systems, and carrier industry applications (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Boost). Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman and Insomnia. Identify, analyze, and document bugs or defects found during testing, ensuring detailed reporting for development teams. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve issues and verify fixes. Retest and validate software patches to ensure defect resolution and absence of new bugs. Coach and mentor team members on best practices for managing testing tools and maintaining accurate test reports. Work effectively in fast-paced, unstructured environments that may lack established processes. Interface and coordinate with offshore QA teams as needed. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations. Support large-scale system testing with the ability to ramp up quickly and adapt to chaotic project environments. 100% manual testing (no automation). Telecom or mobile carrier industry experience is required; Charter experience is a plus. Must be available for a face-to-face interview and able to work without sponsorship. Job Details

Must have 5+ years of end to end QA experience Experience with Restful API's, Postman, and Insomnia Experience testing Mobile Networks or Mobile Carrier experience (Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile, Boost, etc) (OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing, systems, etc.) Experience working with offshore teams is helpful Experience working in fast-paced environments that lack process Attention to detail and coach their team on managing testing tools, reporting results Ability to collaborate well with a variety of developers, testers, architects, and stakeholders Must be able to take initiative What You\'ll Do

Create tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched. Identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them. A normal work day for a quality assurance engineer includes developing new tests to run, running the tests, and documenting the results; if any defects are noted the quality assurance analysts will need to collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program. Once the defect has been patched, they will need to run the test again to make sure there are no new bugs and to make sure the defect found has been corrected. Seniority level
