Who we are looking for
We are looking for a technically strong and forward‑leaning AI engineer who can lead the design and delivery of Generative AI solutions across business domains. As an AVP, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, architect intelligent systems using modern Artificial Intelligence techniques, and guide implementation across platforms. You should bring hands‑on experience in integrating LLMs, building scalable AI workflows, and applying orchestration frameworks like LangChain. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a problem‑solving mindset and thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment where innovation and reusability are key.
What you will be responsible for As Artificial Intelligence AVP you will:
Lead the design and implementation of AI‑powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, and NLP across document processing and intelligent automation use cases
Architect and deploy scalable AI workflows using orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, and platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI
Guide the development of intelligent agents capable of tool invocation, summarization, and structured output generation
Establish reusable frameworks, prompt libraries, and evaluation pipelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and explainability
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, compliant deployment and timely delivery of high‑impact AI initiatives

8 years of overall experience in software development, including 2‑3 years of hands‑on work in AI/ML and Generative AI applications
Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, and orchestration tools like LangChain
Practical experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangSmith
Solid grounding in software engineering principles including OOPS, design patterns, and algorithms, with a focus on building reusable AI components
Awareness of responsible AI practices including prompt safety, hallucination mitigation, and explainability, with the ability to lead development with minimal supervision
Education & Preferred Qualifications
BE/MS
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong hands‑on expertise in Python, Apache Spark, PySpark
Experience in Databricks for large‑scale data processing and AI model development is a plus
Salary Range $90,000 – $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
