Our Performance Management Office is a critically important team within our division. We are seeking a strong finance professional with deep experience in finance and controlling to partner with global teams and lead strategic finance transformation initiatives. What You Will Do

Lead finance PMO activities, supporting divisional priorities including ERP transitions, system integrations, and process standardization. Lead the N-ERP system implementation for Finance, coordinating with business stakeholders, module leaders, subject matter experts, and implementation partners to ensure requirements are met. Drive master data governance to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across financial systems and reporting structures. Drive initiative implementation with a sense of urgency and pragmatic execution. Act as a sparring partner for peer leaders to increase speed to impact by challenging the status quo, breaking down silos, prioritizing, and accelerating execution. Collaborate with functions, business, external consultants, and SAMSUNG HQ to design, execute, and lead teams through organizational change to drive value. Ensure connectivity across initiatives to leverage best practices and knowledge sharing. Champion and implement performance management rigor within assigned initiatives. Drive accountability for results, provide clarity, transparency, and insights for effective decision making and course correction. Support change management to foster a high-performance culture and coach teams on transformation behaviors. Coach teams in developing rigorous business cases, milestones, and timelines. What You Need To Be Successful

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other business management discipline. 12+ years of experience in relevant areas of Business, Finance, Accounting, System implementation or Business Project management. Strong leadership, ownership of results, influencing and collaboration skills. Proven track record of driving finance process improvement, change management, and cross-functional project execution. Strong analytic skills, structured thinker, problem solver, with a mindset of continuous improvement. Strong financial acumen to partner with a broad range of stakeholders and drive performance and behaviors. Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), financial consolidation platforms, and data governance tools. Experience working within a global matrixed organization. Ability to work at both strategic and hands-on levels in projects. Bonus Points if You Have

MBA or CPA a plus Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies What Makes You Eligible

Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally. Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, CA. Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment. What We Offer
