Lead New Member Orientation: biometrics, goal-setting, and Smart Start conversions Assign and coach Personal Trainers; deliver and demo safe, effective programs Manage PT leads, follow-ups, and tracking to hit sales goals Keep member records accurate, run reports, and support audit/meeting needs Work peak hours to ensure orientations and training sessions run smoothly Lead from the Front and help with day-to-day club ops What We’re Looking For
Nationally recognized personal training certification (required) Current CPR/AED certification (required) Friendly coach with strong sales skills, great communication, and a team mindset Organized, punctual, tech-comfortable, and able to work flexible hours Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field 1 year of personal training experience Benefits & Perks
