Assists Business Development, Preconstruction and Operations with preparation, development and finalization of project schedules. Develops and disseminates improved reporting tools to monitor schedule development and progress. Available for training and mentoring personnel in scheduling matters and related policies. Accountable to monitor and enforce scheduling policies and provide consistent and accurate information to users. Take the lead with designated operations personnel and develop schedules for proposals and deliverables. Capable of producing and updating project schedules and debugging schedule logic. Develop and integrate purchasing and procurement into the schedule. Communicate scheduling knowledge effectively to users and ensure timely completion of tasks. Minimum Requirements
Proficiency with P6 data entry, cost-loaded schedule and development of schedule fragnets. Able to interact with project managers and superintendents to update schedule and build fragnets. Applicable college degree and/or similar experience on large federal or commercial construction projects. About Us
