Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Engineering or a relevant area. At least 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following fields: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Materials Science, Coastal and Ocean Engineering, Earthquake Engineering, Surveying and Geomatics, Hydraulic Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Sustainable Engineering. Advanced English (C1) or higher. Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas. Ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly computationally intensive ones beyond simple parameter modifications. Willingness to learn new methods, adapt to multiple tasks/topics quickly, and follow complex guidelines. Freelance role is fully remote; requires laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm. Benefits
