Roles and Responsibilities
Ensures program effectiveness
Perform comprehensive initial assessments
Plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the client’s IEP/IFSP objectives
Provide case-specific training and supervision of Behavior Technicians
Implement program curricula
Manage data regarding the client’s progress
Record data daily and report client status
Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related fields
Current BCBA certification
Access to reliable transportation
Strong interpersonal and writing skills
Ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team
