As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Vertical Insure, you’ll be a driving force in expanding our partner ecosystem. You’ll identify and connect with potential SaaS partners, craft meaningful first impressions, and build relationships that lay the foundation for long-term success. This is not your typical cold-calling role — it’s about strategic outreach, authentic connection, and intelligent storytellin g . You’ll collaborate with experienced Account Executives and sales leadership to shape our go-to-market approach and represent a product that truly delivers value for partners and end-users alike. Generate qualified meetings through thoughtful outbound prospecting and fast follow-up on inbound leads. Engage Prospects with Purpose:

Research, personalize, and connect with decision-makers at SaaS and platform businesses across multiple verticals. Collaborate with Sales Leadership:

Partner with Account Executives to align strategy, messaging, and target accounts to drive consistent results. Build & Maintain Pipeline Discipline:

Log and track all outreach activity in HubSpot CRM; manage follow-ups and document key insights about each account. Be the Voice of Vertical Insure:

Represent our value proposition clearly and confidently, demonstrating how embedded insurance creates measurable business impact. Contribute to Team Growth:

Share learnings, feedback, and market insights in team standups to help refine processes and messaging. Drive results with a goal-oriented mindset and a focus on personal and professional development in sales.
