The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator is located onsite at our Renton, WA facility, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the shipment and reception of goods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory records, and handle related administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Inspect deliveries for accuracy and completeness. Verify received quantities against purchase orders or packing lists. Record and report any discrepancies or damages. Organize received items for storage or distribution. Pack products securely and appropriately for transport. Generate shipping labels and documentation. Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and guidelines. Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic systems or manual logs. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed. Organize warehouse space to optimize storage efficiency. Communicate effectively with purchasing, production, and sales teams to fulfill orders and resolve issues. Collaborate with quality control to address any product defects or quality concerns. Assist in coordinating special projects or rush orders as required. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling shipments and operating equipment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards. Report any safety concerns or incidents to management promptly. Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned. Follows all safety policies of the organization and actively participates in safety programs and initiatives. Follows all organizational policies as laid out in the Employee Handbook. Follows all GMP requirements aligned with ISO certifications ISO 9001, 14001 and 22001. Performs other duties as assigned. Report any safety concerns or incidents to management promptly. Preferred and Requirements Clamp truck experience is a plus. Physical requirements and work environment Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching overhead. Manual dexterity required for handling products, labeling, and data entry. Tolerance for working in varying temperatures (e.g., warehouse with limited climate control). Exposure to moderate noise levels, dust, and warehouse equipment. Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse environment. The role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and computers.
