We are seeking a
Shipping Coordinator
to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production facility. This role ensures that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with strict food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
Lead daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe movement of products and materials. Conduct quality checks and inspections for all inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain accurate records within ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite or similar) and support documentation for shipping, receiving, and inventory. Collaborate with production, purchasing, and QA teams to align schedules, resolve discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with tracking shipping and inventory KPIs. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (food or beverage industry preferred). Working knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping documentation. Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish required Pay and Benefits
