Job Title: SAP QA Automation (Tosca) Lead — 18 Months+ duration, 100% remote (Location: PST) Our client, My IT LLC, is seeking an experienced Tosca automation lead to drive automation strategy and delivery across SAP implementation projects, ensuring consistency and compliance (GxP, FDA). Pharma/biotech domain experience is required. Experience level: 10+ years.

This role requires strong leadership in automation within regulated environments and the ability to mentor Tosca automation engineers. Key Responsibilities
Lead automation strategy and delivery across SAP implementation projects, ensuring consistency and compliance. Partner with project managers, business analysts, and QA leads to define testing scope, timelines, and deliverables. Govern and oversee the execution of automated testing across SAP Fiori, GUI, ECC and S/4HANA. Ensure adherence to GxP, FDA and pharma/biotech regulatory standards in all testing activities. Drive automation enablement in CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps). Manage reporting, defect governance, and overall quality assurance for delivery projects. Mentor and provide direction to Tosca automation engineers, ensuring project alignment and capability building. Qualifications
8+ years of QA/testing experience with a strong background in SAP delivery projects. 5+ years of experience with Tricentis Tosca in SAP test automation leadership roles. Deep understanding of regulated pharma/biotech environments and GxP compliance. Tricentis Tosca certifications (AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2) required. Strong skills in stakeholder management, delivery governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and test management tools (Jira, Xray).
