This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Solutions Engineer located in Salisbury, NC. The Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable IT infrastructure solutions. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting complex IT issues, managing server environments, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring security compliance. The Senior Solutions Engineer will also be involved in strategic planning to enhance IT performance and support business objectives. Qualifications
Experience in designing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including server environments and network configurations Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex IT issues Proficiency in security compliance and data protection measures Excellent communication and client support skills Ability to work on-site in Salisbury, NC Experience with cloud solutions and service delivery software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Seniority level
