Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Implement and maintain EHS programs and policies in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations. Conduct routine jobsite audits and safety inspections, documenting hazards and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Investigate incidents and near-misses; recommend corrective actions. Facilitate EHS training for employees and contractors. Monitor project sites to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations as well as company policies. Maintain incident reports, JHA’s, OSHA 300 logs, training records and other internal documents in our safety management system. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in an EHS role (industry-specific experience preferred). OSHA 30 Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and other relevant standards. Professional certifications such as GSP, ASP, CSP, CHMM, or CIH are a plus. Seniority level
