Welcome to Bosch! Job Description Responsibilities include testing and improving automated mechanisms, equipment, and systems. Utilize software for programming PLCs and robotics in line with the technological needs of manufacturing processes. Manage internal and/or external resources for programming, installation, and configuration tasks related to automated processes. Oversee connectivity configuration, provide technician training, and handle troubleshooting of complex issues. Programming: Utilize software for programming PLCs and robotics, aligning with the technological needs of manufacturing processes. Connectivity Configuration: Oversee connectivity configuration to send data to databases using a web-based interface, ensuring effective communication and data flow. Testing and Improvement: Test and enhance automated mechanisms, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Technician Training: Develop and deliver training programs for technicians and operators on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems and robotics. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to automated systems, robotics, and connectivity, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of automation systems, including system configurations, wiring diagrams, and training materials. Software Backup Creation and Management: Implement and manage backup processes for automation software to ensure data integrity and quick recovery in case of system failures. Total 100% Qualifications Bachelor's Degree - Electrical Engineering - required 8 years of experience Required Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Training, Experience, Etc.
