The Compounding Engineer
will be responsible for and execute all aspects of compounding operations (manufacturing, process, systems, quality, accounting, etc.) for the Augusta plant. This position will be accountable for establishing (with Production Coordinator) and implementing compounding plans and cost targets and for meeting overall business unit objectives. Chemical Engineering with 2-5 years manufacturing experience required Twin screw extrusion experience preferred Analytical thinking and demonstrated proficiency using statistical analyses/techniques Teamwork Achievement motivation Demonstrated problem solving skills Oral & written communication skills Planning & organizing ability You will get
Competitive salary and benefits package. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $94,960 to $118,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives. 16 or more weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.
