What You’ll Do

Work with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process

Learn how to conduct consultations, property tours, and negotiations

Stay connected with clients and leads through calls, texts, and emails

Attend training sessions, team meetings, and industry events

Grow your client base through follow-up, networking, and community involvement

What We’re Looking For

Active

Maryland Real Estate License

(or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable with technology and learning new tools

Schedule
