As a Syndications Analyst, you’ll support the end-to-end syndication process of commercial loan transactions, from market research to investor communication. This role offers direct exposure to capital markets, client interactions, and strategic deal-making. It''s an excellent opportunity to grow your career in finance while making a meaningful impact. Key Accountabilities

Analyze market conditions and track comparable syndicated loan transactions. Prepare pitchbooks and offering memorandums for client meetings and investor outreach. Support the launch and execution of loan syndications, including posting and managing documents on DebtX. Partner with Relationship Managers to present market insights and develop financing proposals. Assist in structuring, negotiating, and finalizing syndicated loan documentation. Maintain active communication with financial institutions and investors to assess loan distribution risk. Track and report market trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence for internal stakeholders. Contribute to internal due diligence and provide modeling support for credit and portfolio teams. Education & Experience

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience) Less than 2 years of experience in lending, capital markets, or a related field Preferred

Internship or professional experience in syndicated finance, investment banking, or credit analysis Familiarity with DebtX or similar platforms Why You’ll Love Working Here
