Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced
Residential Real Estate Closer . The ideal candidate will understand the entire closing process and be able to switch between all closing processes as needed. The Closer ensures that all files are ready to go, all parties involved are informed, and that closings proceed smoothly at the closing table. This role emphasizes customer-centricity, initiative, and problem-solving to support pre-closing, closing, and post-closing duties. Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage distribution emails and ensure responses within firm policies; distinguish what should be answered by the Closer vs. Pre-Closer Agent/Buyer/Seller Communications Coordinate with Buyer/Buyer’s Agent/Lender on questions about closing, builder, document status, figures, and updates to all parties Prepare and balance HUD/ALTA documentation with lender and coordinating with the closing team Obtain funding approval from Lender/Buyer Monitor and assist Pre-Closer by maintaining file ownership and accountability Send final title documents to the title company to insure the transaction Confirm all requirements on the Commitment are completed prior to closing Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
