About the Role
This role is for someone who truly wants to be a founding Account Executive, the kind of seller who gets energy from building, not just executing. If you are seeking a highly structured environment with polished playbooks and predictable leads, this may not be the right fit. But if you want to help design the motion, shape the story, and close the first wave of customers that define a company\'s future, you\'ll feel right at home here.
Our partner is a seed-funded SaaS startup helping revenue teams rip and replace legacy software without painful migrations. Their AI-driven platform automates the full data transfer process, extracting, cleaning, and importing customer data between systems so companies can switch vendors instantly and scale faster. It\'s technical under the hood, but the value is simple: we make it easy for customers to say yes.
They\'ve turned on revenue this year and are pacing toward $1M ARR with referenceable customers and clear expansion momentum. Backed by top early-stage investors, the six-person team works in-office from Union Square, building the foundation for a scalable go-to-market function ahead of our planned Series A.
What You'll Do
Run the entire sales cycle from first touch through expansion
Generate and qualify your own pipeline alongside founder-led inbound
Refine the early sales motion into a repeatable process
Collaborate closely with product and leadership to shape messaging and roadmap
Experiment with outbound, events, and partnerships to drive demand
Represent the company with early customers and at industry touchpoints
What You Bring
Demonstrated success closing $50K+ ACV, multi-stakeholder deals
Comfort with ambiguity and high-ownership environments
Ability to self-source pipeline and drive creative outreach
Bonus: experience selling to venture-backed startups or a strong NYC tech network
