They anticipate a significant pipeline over the next few years and seek a tenured Project Manager to lead a division. Description Develop, monitor and maintain a project schedule in collaboration with the project team during Pre-construction and construction using Lean principles as appropriate. Secure all required permitting and set up protocols to ensure inspections are scheduled, documented and approved. Lead onboarding and contract negotiations with trade partners and 3rd party vendors; ensure buyout aligns with project budget. Coordinate BIM with the Pre-construction team, architects, engineers and trade partners and oversee conflict resolution. Communicate project status to client and company leadership with detailed reporting on budget, schedule, quality, safety and changes. Conduct weekly OAC meetings and provide reports to inform stakeholders of project status and potential issues. Hold weekly coordination meetings with trades, vendors and key personnel. Provide monthly invoices and oversee documentation and approvals to ensure timely funding and payment to trade partners and vendors. Manage change in scope with the client, architect and engineers and document impacts for timely decision-making (cost, schedule, quality). Oversee inspections to ensure quality and lead close-out through proper punch list protocols. Collaborate with the project superintendent, trade partners and client to develop and enforce a project safety plan. Assist with documenting project scope and plan development; verify design meets contractual obligations periodically. Provide technical assistance in selecting partners, subcontractors and suppliers needed to complete the project. Oversee design documents and maintain version control with all team members. Collaborate on project phasing plans aligned with schedule and estimated costs. Manage a colocation operating environment for the project team. Support business development in project pursuits, including strategic planning sessions and interview processes. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent 3+ years project management experience Previous Light Industrial, Warehouse, or Manufacturing projects experience Tilt wall experience is a plus True leadership experience managing teams, client management, goal setting and achieving Internally motivated to grow a company and lead Experience with Cost +, negotiated work, MS Project, and Procore CPM scheduling and planning Ability to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc. Job Offer
