Conduct comprehensive time studies to identify process improvement opportunities. Assist in the implementation and development of 5S projects throughout the facility. Develop work instructions and visual aids to assist production and improve quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Safety, to drive Industrialization project success. Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Any prior internship/experience in manufacturing processes is a plus. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other engineering tools is a plus. Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes is a plus. Preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering. Currently local to the Red Oak, TX area. Application and Company Information
