Position Summary: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial planning & analysis activities for a portion of the P&L. You will deliver financial and operational insights at the client level to support forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis. This role will support CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services segment. Responsibilities

Oversee the client-level analysis of financial performance, including profitability drivers, identifying margin leakage, along with analysis of trends and variances, and communicate findings and recommendations to management. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that summarize client-level financial results for executive and management teams. Track and report client-level margin, highlighting variances from forecast and providing clear explanations for performance drivers. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and help guide strategic decisions Establish financial planning and analysis processes, systems, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, analytics, corporate strategy, consulting) 2+ years of experience with Excel Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare experience Advanced Microsoft Excel/Financial Modeling Skills Outcomes oriented with the ability to deliver accurate and timely results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and desire to learn new technologies History of working with big data Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx and SAP a plus Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other quantitatively oriented fields; accredited four year college or university or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours

Full time Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
