Full Stack Developer
will design, develop, implement, and maintain internet and intranet applications. This role contributes to building user-centric solutions that enhance digital capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Define design methodologies and toolsets; compile programs using modern languages and frameworks. Design and develop user interfaces for web applications, setting expectations and prioritizing features throughout the development lifecycle. Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting, as well as establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers. Analyze user requirements to define site objectives and envision system features and functionality. Support and mentor other developers through technical guidance, coaching, and educational opportunities. Assist with QA and user acceptance testing to ensure applications are efficient, intuitive, and accurate. Stay current on emerging technologies by consulting manuals, periodicals, and technical reports. Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production applications, web services, and workflow processes. Qualifications
5+ years of modern web development experience with proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions across the full SDLC. Strong SQL Server skills including database design, table creation, stored procedures, functions, and query optimization. Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core, .NET 6+, and C#, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Proficiency in Visual Studio 2019+/VS Code. Commitment to code quality through unit and integration testing. Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, including App Services, Lambda, API Gateway, Azure Functions, and Key Vault. Experience integrating AI-powered solutions using Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI on Azure, or AWS SageMaker. Skilled in producing comprehensive technical documentation to support development, onboarding, and long-term maintenance. Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience working in a law firm or professional services organization. Compensation
