Location:

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST, 1 hour lunch break
Compensation:
$35-$40/hour, based on experience (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Web Developer (Level 3) to join our team and take a leadership role in the development and optimization of our flagship headless Shopify website. You’ll work closely with both marketing and IT to ensure the website performs flawlessly, looks great, and scales efficiently.
This position is partially remote, with preference for candidates able to work on-site in Apopka, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain frontend components using React, TypeScript, and C#.
Build and structure content within a CMS (Directus experience preferred).
Oversee deployment workflows using Azure (preferred) and Netlify.
Collaborate with marketing and design to implement responsive, high-quality layouts.
Optimize site performance, caching, and SEO for visibility and speed.
Lead and mentor junior developers; document best practices and coding standards.
Manage cross-team integrations (marketing tools, analytics, and APIs).
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of professional experience in web development.
Proficient in C#, React, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of frontend design, responsive layouts, and UX/UI principles.
Experience with CMS platforms (Directus preferred).
Familiarity with Azure deployment workflows (Netlify experience a plus).
Proven ability to lead technical efforts or mentor junior developers.
Portfolio or work samples required — must demonstrate real-world website projects.
Preferred skills:
Experience integrating headless Shopify builds.
Understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tracking.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git/GitHub, and modern dev tooling.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
