Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the plumbing sector
Target and build relationships with property managers, city inspectors, commercial, and industrial clients
Present, promote, and educate prospects on Bayshore Plumbers\' full range of services
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and revenue targets
Act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal plumbing teams
Provide follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support company growth objectives
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven B2B or service industry sales experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
Knowledge of or experience in the plumbing or construction industry is a plus
Valid driver\'s license and ability to commute within the service region
