Korn Ferry has partnered with a growing international business. The
Senior Accountant
will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency across our international operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining account analyses, reconciliations, month-end close, and supporting audits. Given our international presence, fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders across regions. The Senior Accountant will report to the Controller and work closely with the global finance team. Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS (as applicable). Assist with consolidations and intercompany transactions across multiple international entities. Partner with global business units to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies. Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Contribute to process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase efficiency. Translate and communicate financial information effectively between English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to leadership as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/Chartered Accountant preferred. 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within an international or multi-entity business. Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP). Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones. Seniority level
