Our client is seeking a proactive, forward-thinking Product Manager to lead their full-stack development efforts in building a cutting-edge business management platform from the ground up. In this role, you\u2019ll shape the product vision, transform complex business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade tools, and ensure these systems effectively support operations. You\u2019ll drive strategic decision-making, lead hands-on execution, and cultivate a culture of innovation that leverages modern technology to accelerate delivery, enhance insights, and ensure systems evolve alongside business growth. Requirements

4-5+ years of experience in product management and/or engineering leadership Strong expertise in full-stack development supported by AI tools and modern software platforms (e.g., Notion, Linear, Confluence) Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with external vendors Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (finance, accounting), supply chain or industrial sectors, and engineering or STEM degrees Responsibilities

Gather, prioritize, and structure diverse business requirements into clear, measurable product plans focused on growth Develop and maintain scalable processes and documentation using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making Partner with engineering, data, and operational teams to deliver robust full-stack tools balancing short-term needs with long-term architecture Define, track, and analyze success metrics such as adoption rates, efficiency improvements, and ROI to inform continuous iteration Lead, mentor, and coordinate with software developers and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to promote clarity and adoption of new tools Align product development with company growth strategies related to M&A, operations, and finance initiatives Benefits
