Destination Manager - Fly Fishing role at Far Bank Enterprises. Fly Water Travel is a team of fly fishing and travel experts dedicated to arranging trips to the world’s finest fishing destinations. We are experienced anglers and travelers committed to making sure our customers have the best angling experience possible. Position Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Destination Manager will work alongside a team of specialized travel professionals to help clients research, select, and book exceptional domestic and international fly-fishing trips. The role includes direct guest and destination interaction, development and maintenance, as well as collaboration with team members on content development and trip logistics. This is a dynamic role suited for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional with a love for travel, a passion for fly fishing, and a desire to deliver industry-leading service. The successful candidate will contribute to the continued excellence of the Fly Water Travel brand and be a valued part of our supportive, team-driven workplace. Job Requirements
2 to 4+ years of sales and customer service experience Demonstrated project management skills with ability to multi-task while planning and organizing schedules and events Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proven excellent customer service Must be a fly angler Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word with agility to learn new software programs This is an in-office position based out of the Ashland Oregon office Preferred Experience
Passion for anadromous fisheries and Spey casting knowledge Photography experience International Travel experience Compensation
