This role is accepting candidates at both the Manager and Senior Manager level. We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative finance professional to join our team. This role plays a key part in shaping the long-term financial strategy of our Downstream operating segment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making and business performance. What You Will Do

Support the development of the detailed five-year financial plan for the Downstream operating segment across all geographies. Develop and enhance dynamic long-term forecasting models to meet evolving business and corporate partner needs. Provide guidance, insight and support on a range of financial analysis, including scenario analysis, business reviews, and ad hoc requests. Extract and analyze data from various financial systems to support strategic analysis. Calculate and interpret key financial metrics and targets, applying data analytics to uncover key insights in delivering actionable insights to leadership. Develop presentation materials for executive/senior leadership. Conduct competitor financial and operational performance reviews and deliver strategic insights to internal teams. Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and enthusiasm for solving complex financial challenges. What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, finance, strategy or corporate development role within a complex, multinational, publicly traded corporate environment. A recognized post-graduate designation (CFA, CPA, CBV, MBA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, scope and resolve complex issues. Advanced financial modeling expertise, focusing on capital project evaluation and entity-level financial statement forecasting. Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative team environment while effectively interfacing with all levels of management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools such as Power BI, SAP, HANA, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is an asset. Comprehensive understanding of Nutrien’s business drivers and operational activities. Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $105,300 - $218,600. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance and disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. We have a retirement program with generous matching employer contributions.
