Small Business Bankruptcy and Restructuring firm of 11 Christian lawyers seeks associate to assist in business matters both inside and outside bankruptcy court. Texas Bar a plus; however, the federal court, Northern District of Texas, will allow other bar members in good standing to practice solely in federal court. Responsibilities

Assist in business matters both inside and outside bankruptcy court. Represent Trustees, Creditors, Debtors and Receivers in court proceedings as well as out-of-court workouts. Seek a good fit in our family-friendly team. Qualifications

Texas Bar is a plus; however, other bar members in good standing may practice solely in federal court in the Northern District of Texas. Location
