We are seeking an experienced and motivated Analytical Chemist to join our Analytical Sciences team. This role plays a critical part in supporting drug product development through analytical testing, method validation, and troubleshooting of complex instrumentation. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a dynamic scientific environment, contributing to both GMP and non-GMP projects while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Perform release and stability testing of drug products in accordance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines

Plan, execute, and document analytical method validations

Develop or adapt analytical methods to support new or existing formulations

Troubleshoot instrumentation and analytical issues with limited guidance from senior scientists

Investigate and evaluate new analytical technologies to improve laboratory efficiency

Document results in ELN and RLIMS systems and perform peer reviews of analytical data

Author analytical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation documentation

Provide analytical support for product development and research activities

Maintain a strong focus on safety, innovation, and data quality in all laboratory work

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other Life Sciences with 4–8 years of experience

Master’s Degree in a related field with 1–2 years of experience

Experience

Hands‑on experience with UPLC and HPLC chromatographic techniques

Demonstrated technical problem‑solving ability and familiarity with cGMP analytical testing

Experience writing and following standard operating procedures

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred: Experience with Empower software, oral solid dosage form analysis, dissolution testing, water activity, and Karl Fischer titration
