Senior Intensivist

NYU Langone Health NYU Langone Heart is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician to join our dynamic team at NYU Langone Hospital-Kimmel. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate interested in advancing their career. The CV Surgery program at NYU Langone Health is at the forefront of quality and innovation, offering a comprehensive range of procedures including but not limited to: Complex cardiac surgeries Minimally invasive surgical techniques (robotic) Aortic Surgery (Ross Procedure) Heart Transplant Mechanical Circulatory Support (LVAD) ECMO Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) Transcatheter Edge to Edge Repair (TEER) The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing patients undergoing cardiac surgery and demonstrate a commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care. This role includes responsibilities in the CTICU, acute CV surgery unit, and a potential leadership position for those with relevant experience and aspirations. QUALIFICATIONS * MD/DO degree with board certification * Relevant Critical Care Experience: Cardiac Anesthesia and/or Cardiac Surgery ICU and floor care * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * New York Medical License, or eligible At NYU Langone Health, there are numerous areas for you as a leadership professional to make an impact on our organization.
