RN Traveler - Solutions By Sanford - Sioux Falls Critical Care Unit - FT Rotating Join to apply for the RN Traveler role at Sanford Health. Responsibilities
Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessments, provide patient education, triage, and execute various nursing interventions. Operate within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by state licensure and applicable rules. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs, and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
