Average bonus amount equivalent to $4.00 per hour, in addition to base salary

What You’ll Do As a Mammography Technologist, you’ll perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with precision and care, following all protocols to ensure a safe, supportive, and comfortable experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately position patients for high-quality images (70%)

Perform daily QC/QA checks on mammography equipment (10%)

Complete patient documentation in RIS system (10%)

Identify and address any scheduling or workflow issues (10%)

Additional Expectations

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department

Collaborate in a respectful, fast-paced team setting

Stay compliant with ACR standards and MQSA regulations

Uphold the Radiologic Technologist Code of Ethics

Proactively solve workflow challenges and contribute to improvements

Qualifications

ARRT certification in Mammography

Florida State License

MQSA-compliant (Digital & 3D Mammography)

BLS Certification

Minimum 2 years of mammography experience preferred

Proactive, patient-focused, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and assist patients with limited mobility

Frequent bending and reaching for proper positioning

Salary $35-$40 per hour
