JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst with at least 2–3 years of experience to support our investment, development, and/or asset management activities. The Analyst will be responsible for underwriting real estate transactions, conducting market research, preparing investment memos, supporting due diligence, and helping drive strategic decisions through financial analysis and reporting. JOB ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain dynamic financial models (DCF, waterfall, sensitivity) in Excel for acquisitions, development, or asset management Conduct market research and prepare competitive analyses across target geographies and asset classes Assist in evaluating potential real estate investments, including site visits, demographic studies, and comparable sales analysis Support the due diligence process: review leases, financials, third-party reports, and help coordinate with legal, consultants, and property managers Prepare clear and concise investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and capital partners Track performance of portfolio assets and assist in budget variance analysis, leasing updates, and lender reporting Maintain and update internal databases, dashboards, and asset-level reporting tools Support ad hoc analysis, investor reporting, and special projects as needed KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree, preferred degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field, but not necessary 2–3+ years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, brokerage, asset management, or appraisal Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Argus, CoStar, MRI, Yardi, or similar tools is a plus Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team setting and is eager to learn Preferred Experience
Exposure to multifamily, industrial, office, retail, or mixed-use assets Familiarity with institutional-level reporting and capital markets Physical Requirements
