Approve the extension of credit and/or make recommendations to final lending decision makers on new, renewal, and extension loans. Conduct complete credit analyses including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting all types of credit information on existing and prospective customers before decisions are made. Review customer accounts and portfolios to identify, evaluate, and determine actions on potential credit quality issues to maximize credit quality and minimize risk and loss. Use technological tools and software to assist in the credit analysis process and to compare and evaluate possible courses of action; make recommendations and/or decisions after evaluating multiple scenarios. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically five or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong credit analysis and analytical skills In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, credit policy and procedures, and risk analysis Background in economics, accounting, or finance Effective technical report writing skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred Location and Work Arrangement

Pay Range: $92,820.00 – $109,200.00. The actual range may differ based on location. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package and other programs, subject to eligibility requirements. Posting and Application
