Lead the day-to-day store and financial operations of a multi-million dollar business. Provide leadership and direction to the store management team; model the Tri Star Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Create an environment that supports the store culture; attract, recruit, interview, and hire staff aligned with Tri Star’s values. Train, retain, motivate, and lead a capable store team; provide daily coaching on roles and store culture. Maintain knowledge of Tri Star products/services/procedures; work with colleagues as a team member. Ensure staffing levels meet Tri Star standards and execute the Tri Star marketing plan in a timely manner. Ensure products are produced, merchandised, and maintained to Tri Star standards; manage inventory and safety compliance. Oversee daily financials and back-office functions; ensure health and safety policies are met; adapt to changes as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. When You Work
Day Shift: 6 AM - 4 PM (1st Shift) Monday through Friday with weekend availability expected Expected 50-hour workweek; overtime exempt What We Need
High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of retail or hospitality experience 3+ years of management experience supervising staff Any equivalent education and experience Passion for guest service and strong interpersonal skills Passion for career development in self and others 18+ years of age Sufficient visual ability to check identification and process payments Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work at any location within a 30-mile radius of home What’s Available For You

Pay Range: $58,000 - $65,000 Base Base compensation determined by experience, location, and store performance Bonuses are paid quarterly; General Manager eligible for a share of the bonus pool Who We Are
