As a Product Manager , you will own ZoomInfo's Login & Identity roadmap. You will define and execute the roadmap to building secure, compliant, and delightful authentication experiences across the customer journey. You are collaborative and detail-oriented - your domain will sit at the nexus of numerous interdependent teams, processes, data models, and systems : Identity providers, SCIM protocols, SSO integrations, compliance frameworks, and enterprise security controls. You have a strong track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-grade identity and access management solutions at scale.
You will work closely with numerous teams across the organization to establish relationships, build and maintain alignment, and solve complex security and compliance problems. To be successful, you must start from the customer and work backward to implement secure and delightful experiences that are scalable and meet ZoomInfo's business objectives. You are a creative, security-oriented product leader who can think big and dive deep.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and execution of the Login & Identity product strategy and roadmap aligned to ZoomInfo's security posture and customer authentication needs
Work towards integrating and simplifying complex authentication systems to create a more intuitive and enterprise-ready user experience while maintaining strict security standards
Deeply understand and synthesize complex identity management, SCIM provisioning, and compliance requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive tangible customer and business value
Collaborate with customers, security teams, compliance officers, and executives to gather feedback and insights that will shape the roadmap and feature prioritization
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to test, learn, and measure the success of authentication systems, SCIM implementations, and compliance controls
Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure product alignment and regulatory compliance
What You Bring
You have 3-5+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent in a technical role and are comfortable setting a product strategy, managing a roadmap, and executing against it
You have deep experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems, single sign-on (SSO), and understand enterprise authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Well-versed in SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) protocol and have implemented automated user provisioning and deprovisioning solutions for enterprise customers
Technical savvy and experience building highly reliable and scalable authentication solutions working with architects and developers. You have an eye to create secure, usable components and create API integrations across identity providers
Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and security standards including multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and audit logging
Experience working with enterprise customers on security requirements, identity provider integrations, and compliance audits
What Success Looks Like
Extend the login and identity infrastructure to be scalable, secure, and compliant as we support more and larger enterprise customers
Partner with Security and Compliance teams to build solutions that meet the highest industry standards while maintaining excellent user experience
Work with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to enable seamless enterprise SSO integrations and SCIM implementations
Work with Product Managers across the platform to build features that integrate seamlessly with our identity and access management system
Reduce customer time-to-value for authentication integrations while maintaining zero-trust security principles
