Full P&L accountability for the manufacturing division. Lead all manufacturing operations across Houston, TX and Amesbury, MA. Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals. Champion a safety-first culture ensuring full compliance with EHS regulations. Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure effectiveness of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and maintain ISO certifications. Oversee capacity planning, production scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control. Optimize supply chain and procurement partnerships in collaboration with internal teams. Attract, develop, and lead high-performing teams. Manage manufacturing budgets to meet financial and operational targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with service, project management, engineering, and sales. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business administration; MBA a plus. Extensive experience in successful manufacturing leadership roles in construction; radiation shielding industry experience preferred. Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance. Experience with Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills using data analysis. Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve operational targets. Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP including CRM and estimating systems to support cross-functional business needs. Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time to corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA and manufacturing facility in Amesbury, MA. Must possess OSHA certification. About NELCO Worldwide
