Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr This position is hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) in San Francisco, CA. About the Job As an Account Executive on the Latin America Partnerships team at Odoo, you will actively seek new opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and prospecting, to recruit new organizations into Odoo’s partnership network across Latin America. You will manage Odoo business relationships within a designated territory. Training within the Odoo ecosystem will help you close deals and handle customized software implementations, ensuring successful partnerships. We expect candidates to be proactive with a get-it-done spirit. Responsibilities

Increase pipeline, book meetings with outbound leads, and identify new sales opportunities, achieving daily and monthly outbound goals while balancing personalization at scale. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate target accounts, including identifying key stakeholders and crafting outbound campaigns. Educate and nurture leads on our products and solutions through sequences of interactions (phone, social, email), moving them through the sales funnel. Maintain prospect data and activity records in our CRM and other tools. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and advancing deals to closure within projected timelines. Analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards in Odoo software for managerial reporting. Collaborate with future partners to understand their needs and design tailored implementation packages. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business-related field) or equivalent education and experience Fluency in English and Spanish (professional or native/bilingual) 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR/BDR or similar role with outbound sales and cold calling, and a strong desire to grow into full-cycle sales Outbound experience is required and experience using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, RocketReach Strong awareness of software and new technologies Curiosity about business operations Nice to Have

Balances a serious approach to work with camaraderie, fostering a playful and friendly atmosphere among colleagues Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, and/or E-commerce software SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience Intrinsic motivation and curiosity to learn more about business owners and their businesses What’s Great About the Job
