We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for connecting business goals to creative campaigns that resonate with a sophisticated capital markets audience. You’ll manage the planning and day-to-day execution of high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth for Capital One’s Capital Markets business, including our specialty investment bank in aerospace and defense, government services, and enterprise technology solutions, KippsDeSanto. You’ll own the entire campaign management process, from planning and budgeting to performance reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives effectively reach and engage our target audience. Campaign Management: Manage the development and activation of integrated marketing programs across a variety of channels, including conferences, digital/website, social media, email, advertising, etc. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with bankers to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives and are effectively integrated into go-to-market strategies Content Creation: Coordinate the creation and distribution of high-quality content, such as thought leadership articles and market insights, in multiple formats Digital Marketing: Orchestrate all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn), and website content management Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, using data to inform and optimize future campaigns Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial Bank Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Sales Enablement: Coordinate the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentation templates, tombstones, newsletters, pitchbooks, and proof points Budget Tracking: Assist with budget planning and monitoring, including invoice processing and tracking Conference Logistics: Plan and execute participation at industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our expertise and build relationships with key stakeholders Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring a strong and professional representation of our firm Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or Finance At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry Preferred Qualifications
Master s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, Finance or Communications At least 9 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, capital markets, or global markets marketing Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that build powerful brand relationships and compelling narratives Highly analytical and data-driven Exceptional written and oral communication skills Proven ability to manage the details of multiple projects Experience working with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership Additional information

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Locations and ranges may vary by location and time of hire. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentives.
