Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Real Estate Asset Manager / Property Manager to oversee performance, and optimization of our real estate portfolio. This role combines hands-on property investment analysis, asset strategy, and lease management to drive value and ensure strong ROI. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate investment and hold or be eligible for a real estate license. You will be a key contributor in shaping our real estate investment decisions and ensuring asset performance aligns with our strategic goals. Salary:

$80,000 – $85,000 annually (DOE) •

Executive Director of Acquisitions and Development Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to maximize asset performance. Analyze portfolio composition and provide recommendations. Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and cash flow projections. Assess ROI and risk for individual properties and the portfolio. Lease & Tenant Management Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations. Monitor rent collections and ensure tenant satisfaction. Maintain positive relationships and resolve disputes in a timely manner. Property Performance & Capital Projects Review and monitor performance metrics to ensure properties meet financial and operational goals. Plan and oversee capital improvements to enhance property value and attract tenants. Risk & Compliance Management Identify potential risks (market, environmental, legal) and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage third-party vendor contracts and monitor service performance. Coordinate legal, maintenance, and construction teams as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in real estate property management, asset management, or investment analysis. Real estate license (active or in progress) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of lease structures, real estate contracts, and investment principles. Proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheets, and analytics tools (Excel, etc.). Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication skills for engagement and reporting. Skills and Competencies
