The CFO oversees Lumibility’s financial strategy, ensures fiscal integrity, and supports the organization’s long-term sustainability. This role also supervises the management of information technology and facility operations and management. The CFO works closely with the CEO and executive team to guide financial planning, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements. Job Type:

Starting at $145,000 annually Requirements
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. MBA and/or CPA preferred Minimum of 7 years of senior financial leadership experience in both the private sector and nonprofit organizations Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis Strong understanding of funding models and regulatory frameworks Strong knowledge of information technology systems and operational management Experience in strategic planning and organizational development Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic financial partnerships Some knowledge of M & A activity preferred Ability to work flexible hours and travel to varying locations as needed Must have a valid CT driver’s license with an acceptable driving history as defined by Lumibility policy Required Physical Effort Must be able to sit, stand and walk at an assigned location(s) and work for extended periods of time; bend/stoop, kneel and balance frequently; climb, reach above shoulder level; push/pull, squat and crouch occasionally; with assistance, lift, carry and position individuals of various weight. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to drive for extended periods throughout the day.
