Responsibilities
Our team at Seed Responsible AI is conducting research on Responsible AI, particularly from the viewpoint of AI agents and AI foundation models. We are looking for outstanding researchers to join our team and conduct cutting-edge research in the area. Developing advanced technologies in AI, particularly AI foundation models and AI agents; Conducting research on the technologies of AI to make them more reliable, safe, and trustworthy; Contributing to the development of products in the company with regards to AI safety and AI ethics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Experience in research on ML, NLP, LLM, and familiarity with large-scale model training is preferred; Proficiency in software development and large-scale model training, fluency in C/C++ or Python; winners of competitions such as ACM/ICPC, IOI, TopCoder etc. are preferred; Experience with influential projects or papers in ML, NLP, LLM, is preferred; Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, able to effectively solve problems in technology development and applications; Good communication and collaboration skills, able to address technical challenges with the team and promote technological advancement.

Job Information
Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $208,800 - $438,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location. Employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice. For Los Angeles County candidates, eligibility and disclosure considerations apply as required by law.
