Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices.
Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes.
Build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.
Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defines standards for Salesforce excellence.
Maintain existing features/products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally.
Operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutioning, and implementation of new feature-sets.
Learn and support AWS technologies as needed, while the Force.com platform remains the main focus.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
7 years of post-internship hands-on engineering experience developing on the Salesforce platform
7 years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL/SOSL
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs
Experience in building complex, scalable, high-performance software systems delivered to customers
Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot) / Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
Solid understanding of AWS core concepts and experience leveraging AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, AppFlow, S3, and others
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Salesforce architecture and related business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, databases, event-driven vs. message-driven architecture, and API integration best practices
Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows within Salesforce
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Demonstrated success leading at least two full life-cycle Salesforce.com implementations
Experience Level Expert Level

Salary The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
