Credence has an immediate need for a PM/Scrum Master at the junior level to support the U-2 Airframe Forecasting Dashboard. We are supporting the Air Force by developing a forecasting dashboard powered by AI. This will be delivered initially as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in IL-2, with plans to scale to IL-4 in AWS. The product will feature chatbots, dashboards, alerts/notifications, and reports, focusing on demand forecasting, inventory and stock issues, maintenance tracking, and data analysis. Responsibilities

Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Iteration Reviews, PI (Program Increment) Planning, and Retrospectives Coach and guide Agile teams on SAFe practices and principles, promoting continuous improvement and team collaboration Participate in technical challenges, helping the team ideate and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems Work closely with customers to ensure proper alignment of program objectives, features, and story prioritization Identify and remove impediments that block progress, ensuring smooth project delivery and risk mitigation Promote an Agile mindset across the teams, encouraging self-organization, collaboration, and accountability Track and report on key SAFe metrics such as team velocity, iteration progress, and PI goals to stakeholders and leadership Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring cross-team alignment and coordination within the Agile Release Train (ART) Support the teams in maintaining focus on business value, outcomes, and timely delivery of increments Act as a change agent within the organization to help transition and mature the Agile delivery practices Engage in and support team participation in technical challenges to continuously improve Agile processes and technical outcomes Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent certification (e.g., SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)) Security+ certified Technical certifications and experience in modern technologies to include but not limited to AI/ML, Cloud, MACH, low/no-code platform, DevSecOps, etc Deep understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile principles Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills Experience working with Agile tools like Jira Experience leading teams in scaling Agile methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Federal or government contracting environments Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Experience participating in technical challenges or hackathons PMP certified Please join us, as together we build a better world one mission at a time powered by Technology and its People!
