You will analyse business requirements, identify data needs, and define data governance frameworks. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders to align data initiatives with organisational goals, supporting the use of data to drive informed decision-making and support business growth. As part of the Data Management team you will lead data strategy engagements, shaping and implementing data operating models that align with enterprise transformation. As a Manager you will exemplify strategic leadership, guiding teams through complex environments while fostering collaboration and driving the adoption of modern cloud data architectures.

What You Must Have

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
