Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC is a luxury hotel known for intuitive hospitality, a top private fitness club and spa, and Michelin-starred dining. Responsibilities

The Hotel Assistant Manager oversees Front Desk operations and acts as the manager on duty when senior managers are not available. Directs staff who welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and establish payment methods. Oversees guest checkout, explains the bill, and processes payments. Responds to guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve high customer satisfaction while complying with company policies. Who We Look For

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. As a diverse team, the more languages you speak, the better. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing). Two years of food service or related work in a luxury atmosphere. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Flexible schedule — able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evenings/overnights if needed. Strong knowledge of the Washington, DC area. Two to three years of previous Rooms Division experience. Compensation
