Grain Manager
to oversee daily operations at one of our top grain handling facilities. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure efficient, safe, and profitable facility performance. This range is provided by gpac. Manage daily grain facility operations, including receiving, storage, conditioning, and shipping. Maintain grain quality and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Supervise and train facility staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising teams on grain movement. Ensure equipment and facility are maintained to high operational standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, customers, and internal teams. Qualifications
3+ years of grain operations experience, with leadership or management experience a plus. Strong knowledge of grain handling, storage, and conditioning processes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Compensation & Benefits
