As a Program Manager for Learning Experiences, you will spearhead the development and delivery of impactful learning journeys. Your work will empower our existing Intuit Experts to deepen their tax and bookkeeping mastery and cultivate a robust pipeline of new talent for entry-level roles within TurboTax and QuickBooks Live by equipping external audiences with essential foundational knowledge. Responsibilities

Empower learners to develop new and expanded skills, recognizing and celebrating their learning achievements. Strategically align learning offerings with Intuit's business strategy to accelerate key initiatives and Big Bets. Communicate persuasively to influence stakeholders and champion critical learning and upskilling initiatives. Apply empathy and customer focus to address stakeholder needs through the design and delivery of impactful learning solutions. Apply advanced instructional design methodologies with needs analysis to define measurable performance-based learning outcomes. Leverage design thinking and rapid prototyping to develop effective learning experiences addressing learner challenges. Architect engaging content that caters to diverse learning styles and accessibility needs, including practical exercises for knowledge transfer. Establish and optimize efficient processes for content management and curation, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Collaborate with the broader Intuit learning community to leverage existing and explore new learning technologies and capabilities. Analyze learning data to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions to improve learning effectiveness and business outcomes. Qualifications
Substantial experience managing complex, cross-functional programs within a matrixed organization. Ability to operate autonomously and engage with senior leadership to provide strategic insights. Proven track record of data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment. Deep understanding of adult learning theories and current learning trends. Experience designing, developing, and delivering learning programs with measurable business outcomes. Ability to engage with geographically dispersed, virtual teams and diverse stakeholders. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and structured project execution. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills. Experience in learning and development for customer support functions is highly desired. Familiarity with Tax Preparation, Accounting, or the broader financial services industry is highly desired. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans.
